What are your opening hours?
- Monday – Thursday: 10am –11:30 p.m.
- Friday – Saturday: 10am –2 a.m.
- Sunday: 10am–11 p.m.
Is there an age policy or ID requirement?
Guests must be 18 years or older to enter the bar. A valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver’s license, or national ID card) is required for all patrons. Please note that no ID, no entry, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot provide proof of age.
Do you host private parties or corporate events?
Yes! At Buskers on the Ball, we make every visit fun and interactive! Choose from a variety of packages, including darts packages, each packed with perks like drink vouchers and tokens to play our sports and arcade games. Whether you’re here for a casual night out, a friendly darts or pool competition, or a bigger celebration, there’s something for everyone. Check our packages to see what’s included and plan your perfect visit! Perfect for stag parties, corporate events and all other occasions.
How does your corporate/parties bookings work?
All bookings for 6 or more guests are pre-paid in advance. You can contact our sales team through email or phone. We first will take a 50% deposit to secure the booking and one week prior to the event we will finalise the payment, all through a secure payment link.
To make a reservation for your own space, you must order one of our Food and Beverage packages.
Do you have a map of the space before I book?
Yes, we have a digital map of how the space looks if you email us directly. We also advice you come and view the space to get a feel for it and visualise how you would like your event to look.
Do you take reservations?
Yes, for groups of 8+ we take reservations. We advise walk-ins only for groups less than 8. All enquiries will be answered Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.
Is your venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes! Our bar is fully wheelchair accessible, with step-free entry and accessible facilities to ensure everyone can enjoy their time with us.
Do you have vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options?
Yes, some of our menu items can be tailored to be vegetarian, vegan or gluten friendly. But we do not have a separate kitchen to ensure our gluten friendly options are 100% gluten free, so they are gluten friendly. Please let your server know of your dietary requirements when you arrive.
How do I know what matches you are playing?

Can I bring my own decoations?
Absolutely. Guests are welcome to bring their own balloons and other decorations however, for health and safety reasons, we cannot permit outside food – including cakes.
